From fine plaster
to screed.

The PlasterOne® No.1 is a plastering machine built in Lübeck, Germany: a mixing pump that mixes dry mortar from bags or a silo, conveys it and sprays it onto the wall. It handles gypsum plaster, lime and lime-cement plaster as well as screed, and runs on D and R pump systems whose rotor and stator sizes also fit machines from PFT, Putzmeister and Uelzener.

What power supply does the No.1 need?

The No.1 runs on 400 volts and connects through a CEE plug, 5 × 32 A. The pump motor delivers 6.0 kW.

How much material fits in the hopper?

The hopper holds about 150 litres, roughly five bags of 30 kg.

Which pumps fit the No.1?

The No.1 runs on D and R pump systems. With D pumps it delivers 3-35 l/min, with R pumps 20-85 l/min. We keep rotors and stators in the matching sizes in stock.

How far does the No.1 convey?

Can I rent the No.1?

Yes. The machine is handed over tested, with an introduction included. You can collect it at Spenglerstraße 67 in Lübeck, or we deliver it to the site.
