PlasterOne® hose technology

Hose, coupling, clamp.Only together a system.

The best hose is useless if the coupling does not fit. We supply mortar, air and water hoses together with the connecting parts — and tell you beforehand what belongs together.

PlasterOne mortar hose and spray gun

Hoses

Mortar hose for the delivery line, air and water hose for the compressor and the water supply.

Mortar hose

For mortar pressure between pump and spray gun. Nominal width and operating pressure must match the machine.

  • Mörtelschlauch / Mörteldruckschlauch NW25 NW25 · bis 40 bar

Air and water hose

Rubber hose for compressed air and water supply, measured in inches rather than nominal width.

  • Luftschlauch / Wasserschlauch Gummi ½z SEMPERIT ½″

The coupling system

Mortar hoses are connected through a male part (V) and a female part (M). Both must have the same nominal width. For water, Geka and Storz couplings are added.

Before you order

Four points that cause most wrong orders in practice.

What matters

  • Male and female belong together. One hose end carries the male part, the other the female part. Two identical ends cannot be joined.
  • Do not confuse nominal width with inches. Mortar hoses are measured in NW (NW25, NW35), air and water hoses in inches (½″, ¾″). The two systems do not fit together.
  • A reducer instead of a new hose. Going from NW35 to NW25 does not need a new line, only a coupling reducer 35V to 25V.
  • Check the pressure. Mortar hoses are rated up to 40 bar. A garden hose or air hose will not take that.

The machine behind the parts

We know the connections because we build the machine.

The PlasterOne® No.1 is our plastering machine from Lübeck, Germany. Mortar outlet, water pump and air compressor sit on it — with exactly these couplings. That is why we know what fits without looking it up in a catalogue.

Frequently asked

Which coupling fits my mortar hose?
What matters is the nominal width of the hose, usually NW25 or NW35, and whether you need a male or a female part — each hose end carries the counterpart to the connection. If in doubt, send us a photo of the existing coupling.
What do male and female parts mean?
The male part (V) and the female part (M) form the pair. Two hose ends can only be joined if one carries a male and the other a female part, both in the same nominal width.
Can I mix NW35 and NW25?
Yes, through a coupling reducer 35V to 25V. That is the usual way when the machine outputs NW35 but you want to continue with NW25. Note that pressure loss increases.
What pressure does a mortar hose take?
Our mortar hoses are rated for an operating pressure up to 40 bar. Air and water hoses are well below that and must not be used for mortar.
How do I clean the mortar hose?
With a sponge cleaning ball pushed through the hose. The size depends on the nominal width. Clean right after work, before the material sets.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide from Lübeck, Germany, with a focus on Europe, Turkey, the Gulf states and South East Asia. Advance payment, invoice within the EU, letter of credit for export.
