PlasterOne® Rotor & Stator Request

PlasterOne® wear parts

Rotor & stator. The heart of every mixing pump.

Rotor and stator decide how much material reaches the wall per minute — and when the machine stops. We make them under our own brand and keep the common sizes in stock in Lübeck, Germany.

Every pump size at a glance

The designation is printed on your worn part, for example D6-3. Design and direction of rotation decide the rest. The right-hand column shows which machines run this size.

Clamped, maintenance-free or SOFT

The design decides how long a stator lasts and how easily it is replaced on site. No single design is right for every job.

Clamped

Can be re-tightened with the clamp when output drops. Replacement without special tools.

Useful forchanging materials and long hose runs

Maintenance-free

Works without a clamp and is not re-tightened. Fewer steps on site, but no way to readjust.

Useful forconsistent material and short distances

SOFT

Softer jacket, builds less back pressure. More sensitive to long runs and high pressure.

Useful forfine materials and short hose runs

Before you order

The four points that cause most wrong orders in practice.

What matters

  • Check the rotation. Rotors come clockwise and counter-clockwise. Same size does not mean same rotation.
  • Rotor head and flange. Two pumps with similar output are not interchangeable if the rotor head or the mounting flange differs.
  • Suction flange on R pumps. Switching from a D pump to an R pump needs a separate suction flange on many machines.
  • Filters first, stator second. Dropping output often comes from clogged filters or material mixed too stiff, not from wear.

The machine behind the parts

We make these parts for our own machine.

The PlasterOne® No.1 is our plastering machine from Lübeck, Germany: a mixing pump with a built-in air compressor and water pump. It runs on exactly these D and R pump systems. That is why we know these parts from daily use, not from a catalogue.

Frequently asked

Which rotor and stator fits my machine?
What matters is the pump size printed on the worn part, for example D6-3 or R7-1.5, plus the design and the direction of rotation. If in doubt, send us a photo of the worn part or of the type plate and we will tell you what fits.
What is the difference between clamped and maintenance-free?
A clamped stator can be re-tightened when output drops. That extends its working life and makes replacement easier. A maintenance-free stator is not re-tightened and works without clamps.
How do I know the stator is worn out?
Output drops at the same speed, pressure builds up more slowly, material arrives in surges instead of a steady flow. Check the filters first and whether the material is mixed too stiff — both cause the same symptoms.
How long does a rotor and stator pair last?
That depends heavily on the material and varies a lot in practice. Blanket figures would be misleading. What matters: type and grain of the material, hose length and the resulting back pressure, speed, cleaning, and whether the pump ever ran dry.
Do I always have to replace rotor and stator together?
Not strictly, but usually it makes sense. A new rotor in a worn stator builds hardly any pressure, and a new stator wears faster against a worn rotor. We advise you on what is enough in your case.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, worldwide from Lübeck, Germany, with a focus on Europe, Turkey, the Gulf states and South East Asia. Advance payment, invoice within the EU, letter of credit for export.
