Before you order

Four points that cause the most trouble in practice.

What matters

Choose the nozzle by material. Fine plaster needs a different nozzle width than base plaster. The wrong nozzle makes the pattern coarse or builds too much pressure.
Keep the air nozzle tube clean. A blocked tube no longer delivers air evenly. The result looks like a material fault but is a cleaning problem.
Check the coupling on the gun. The spray gun hangs on the mortar hose. Nominal width and coupling type must match the line.
Compressed air is often the limit. A small compressor cannot feed a large nozzle. Check the air output before moving to a wider nozzle.

Which spray gun fits my machine?

What matters is the mortar connection and the air supply. For fine plaster we supply rotating fine plaster guns, for base plaster spray heads in straight and angled versions.

What is a fine plaster gun?

A smaller spray gun for thin-layer materials such as fine and decorative plaster. It works with lower material volumes and finer nozzles than a base plaster head.

Why does it spray in surges?

Usually it is not the gun but air in the mortar hose, material mixed too stiff, or a worn stator. Check those three first.
